The Pink Adobe Restaurant
The Pink Adobe restaurant stands proudly in the heart of Santa Fe's historic Barrio De Analco neighborhood, which is considered the oldest neighborhood in the US. It sits across from the San Miguel Mission, the oldest church in the United States. Founded in 1944 by Rosalea Murphy, an artist and social connector, the restaurant takes its name from the rose-colored adobe plastering on the nearly 400-year-old hacienda that serves as its home. As the historic plaque out front states: “For over 70 years The Pink Adobe has served as host to Presidents, local politicos, world-famous artists, actors, musicians, and some of the most interesting characters known to Santa Fe.” The Pink Adobe, a Relais & Chateaux restaurant, is an iconic Santa Fe destination at the heart of the Old Santa Fe Trail has been known for its fun, vibrant atmosphere, and delicious 'New Mexican Cajun' since 1944. This rich history meets an inspired culinary experience with farm-to-table ingredients, fine spirits & wines.
