Apothecary Kitchen was dreamed into being in Santa Fe. Kadimah Levanah originated in Madison, Wisconsin a foodie Mecca of the Midwest. She began her raw vegan catering company when she was 17 and opened a farm to table restaurant. She continued her path with exquisitely curated small batch cuisine in Santa Fe. She bases her offerings on purely sourced low glycemic low carbohydrate to compliment your body to feel light and satisfied The art of decadence and health is the Apothecary Kitchen experience. Travelers worldwide as well as New Mexicans and regional people say the Apothecary is the only place they can eat due to what their body requires for well being. Daily, people request Kadimah to open her concept worldwide. Our kitchen is completely gluten-free offering everything from vegan options. Everything is thoughtfully made from scratch in-house using whole ingredients. We use the highest-quality, organic, nutrient-dense foods available. Our recipes are designed to be absolutely delicious, nourishing, healing for body, spirit & highly digestible. Our delectable drinks feature medicinal herbs in very unique & unforgettable recipes. We blend our own herbal teas with principles of herbalism.
