Pink Adobe Restaurant
The Pink Adobe was established in 1944 by Rosalea Murphy. Known affectionately by locals as "The Pink," the restaurant has grown into a local and national landmark since its humble beginnings serving Dobe Burgers, French onion soup, and hot apple pie.
Over the years, the Pink Adobe has been featured in numerous publications and on a multitude of cooking channels, including, The Food Network's, "the Best Thing I Ever Ate!", for the famous Steak Dunigan.
For over 50 years Rosalea filled her days using her talents and energy to create a unique flavor, décor and personality that makes this restaurant so special. In 2012 Isabelle and Leonard Koomoa took ownership of the Pink Adobe after successfully creating and running The Guadalupe Cafe for over 40 years. Chef owner Isabelle brings her years of experience and unique culinary vision to the Pink Adobe. Her deep affection and love for the Pink has solidified her commitment in honoring Rosalea's beloved recipes and traditions. Come enjoy this Santa Fe charmer and local favorite.
