Chef Gilbert Aragon of Wolf & Roadrunner and Gruet Winery invite you to a special "Flights and Bites" event during Santa Fe Restaurant Week 2025. This wine-and-food pairing takes place Sunday, February 22, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the winery's Hotel St. Francis tasting room. Pairings range from $23 to $31 per person for bites with recommended wine. You may order a flight featuring each recommended wine for $25, or enjoy all five dishes with the wine flight for $100 per person.

Each seating is limited to 21 guests. Additional seatings are available on Friday and Saturday, February 21 and 22, from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
