Where's the Beef?

We'll explore the wonderful world of beef and prepare a complete menu featuring a variety of beef cuts. You'll learn which cuts are best for which types of recipes.
Our menu includes Smoked Beef Chili, Carpetbagger Steak with Beer Batter Onion Rings, Beef Bourguignon and Aussie Meat Pies. We will also sample the incredibly tender Dry Aged Sirloin. Bearnaise Sauce and Creamed Spinach round out our meat-lovers menu.
This special beef event is featured as part of the Savor the Sizzle! promotion during Santa Fe Restaurant Week 2025 (santafe.nmrestaurantweek.com), sponsored by the New Mexico Beef Council. Diners will receive $5 off beef entrees at participating eateries.
Our class is sponsored by the New Mexico Beef Council (nmbeef.com). Our beef will come from Trilogy Beef (trilogybeef.grazecart.com) and the wonderful butchers at Market Street (Hands-On)
