Signature dishes include Duck Enchilada Mole with Pico de Galle and Cilantro Sour Cream; Tuna Tartare with Buffalo Mozzarella, Heirloom Tomato and Gazpacho Caviar; and Roasted Barramundi with Sauteed Bok Choy, Pearl Couscous, Poblano Paella and Tomato Sherry Sauce.
