Brewhouse Artichoke Dip — Our own Honey-Wheat Ale blended with four cheeses, artichoke hearts, and green chile served hot with house-made tortilla chips.
Citrus Shrimp Salad — Romaine and radicchio lettuce with a honey-citrus vinaigrette, grilled marinated shrimp, grapefruit sections, and tobacco onions.

Santa Fe Cassoulet — House-made duck and bacon sausage and crisp green chile pork belly in a rich broth made with End of the Trail Brown Ale, white beans, mire poix, and herbs.
Atomic Blonde Short Ribs — Beer braised New Mexican beef short ribs atop root vegetable smashers with grilled calabacitas and Atomic Blonde Lager glaze.
Grande Stacked Enchiladas — Three oversized corn tortillas layered with carne adovada, pinto beans, calabacitas, red chile, and cheese.

S'mores Chimichanga — Chocolate and marshmallows wrapped in a flour tortilla, fried crisp, then topped with caramel and cinnamon graham cracker crumbs.
