Learn How to Make Antojitos (Mexican Street Food)

Chef Fernando Olea of Mexico City will feature a demonstration and tasting of antojitos (literally "little cravings"), typical of what is prepared by street vendors and small traditional markets in Mexico. Street foods include tacos, tamales, gorditas, quesadillas, empalmes, tostadas, chalupa, elote, tlayudas, cemita, pambazo, empanada, nachos, chilaquiles´╝îfajita and tortas.

Chef Olea will teach you how to make a selection of antojitos, paired with tastes of Tequila, Mezcal, and Sotol. Proceeds of this fun and informative class will go to benefit Cooking With Kids!
